Job Description:
The Fish Monger will be responsible for preparing, displaying, and selling fish and seafood products while ensuring product freshness, hygiene, and customer satisfaction. The role requires knowledge of fish handling, cleanliness, and customer service.
Main Duties:
• Prepare and clean fish and seafood for display or sale
• Cut, fillet, and portion fish according to customer or company needs
• Maintain freshness and proper storage of products
• Keep the fish counter clean and organized
• Assist customers and provide basic product information
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Fish Monger or in seafood handling is preferred
• Good hygiene standards
• Customer service skills are an advantage
• Basic English communication is an advantage
• Valid passport required
