Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Room Attendant to join our team. As a Room Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for guests. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in guest rooms and public areas, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities such as toiletries, tissues, and beverages.
- Dust, vacuum, and polish furniture, floors, and surfaces to maintain cleanliness and shine.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the housekeeping supervisor.
- Ensure all assigned rooms are inspected and ready for guests in a timely manner.
- Handle guest requests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Follow health and safety regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or room attendant experience is an advantage but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
